BICMA has undertaken to prepare a practical guide to help employers get better outcomes for injured workers. It is part of the Confederation of British Industry\'s campaign in partnership with the Association of Insurance and Risk Managers to promote medical and vocational rehabilitation in UK employers. The theme is that managers can make a real difference - it not just a matter of waiting for doctors to make them better.
Norman Cottington, President of BICMA, will present it at the AIRMIC conference in June and run a workshop on the subject. \
