20 March 2005: National Forum for Risk Management in the Public Sector (ALARM)
BICMA has undertaken to run a workshop on rehabilitation at the annual conference of the National Forum for Risk Management in the Public Sector (ALARM) in July.
ALARM has expressed great interest in what can really be done in practice to implement good practice of rehabilitation in the workplace.
The focus will be empowering the risk or line manager to make a difference to outcomes when employees are injured. An outline of the principles processes and benefits of an intelligent employee-centred approach.
