Rehabilitation Guide For Risk and Line Managers
In the course of the last couple of months members of BICMA have run workshops for three risk management groups based on the booklets Helping People Back to Work, one of which BICMA prepared at the request of the CBI and Airmic
The workshops focussed on the role of the front line manager, encouraging him/her as the focal point of the employer-employee relationship to play an active part in the rehab process
They were very well received at the Airmic conference in Brighton, the ALARM conference in Manchester and at the Risk Management Congress
